It proved to be a perfect day for an outdoor wedding; the coolness in the air was just lovely. Everyone present was so thrilled for Jenny and Luke, and it showed.
The bride got into her gown. Curls were fixed and sprayed. A tiara and veil were set in place. Thoughtful, knowing smiles were exchanged. A walk through the rose garden was arranged. Laughter rang through the halls. The groom tied his bow tie and girded his sword. A letter from his bride with her purity ring in the envelope reached his hands and he read it on the garden bench. A daddy shared a few precious moments with his little girl before he would have to give her away. Bridesmaids joined the beautiful bride and rejoiced with her in the final minutes before she became a Mrs. Flower girls dressed in white flitted about and giggled to one another. Guests arrived and were seated. Children looked around and bounced in their chairs. Music began to float across the lawn. The bridal party took their positions.
All was in readiness.
